As you progress through your programs, the weights get heavier and the training becomes more challenging! Personal training sessions come in handy to troubleshoot any mechanical breakdown you might experience. Sometimes a PT is great just for a pick-me-up session when motivation runs low.
Each PT includes an additional 15 minute face to face checkin where we take tape and skin fold measurements, discuss your compliance or obstacles you may be facing in your day to day life holding you from reaching your goals.
This package is a minimum 12 week commitment. It can be purchased as an Ezidebit membership where you can pay weekly or fortnightly. You can organise this by reaching out to me via email or Instagram.
