12 Weeks Face to Face Coaching Packages

Starting from $65 a week...

This package is a minimum 12 week commitment. You can pay weekly or fortnightly with EziDebit and this is organised during your intial consutation.

Face to Face Coaching Includes:

-90 minute Initial Movement assessment 

- A weekly, fortnightly or monthly PT session (depending on your package)  Each PT includes an additional 15 minute face to face check in where we take tape and skin fold measurements, discuss your compliance or obstacles you may be facing in your day to day life holding you from reaching your goals. 

-Custom macro targets, delicious meal plan based on your favourite foods & flexible dieting education

-Personalised training Program. Learning both strength and hypertrophy training styles to maximise progress.

-On-going adjustments to calories and macros based on your body's response & weekly Check ins.

-Train Heroic app access for your training program that will provide you with your weight, set and rep schemes. Demo videos and a calendar view to easily spot progress in your training.

- Spreadsheet Access to track your own progress and compliance to fill out daily or weekly.

- Check in forms and video responses from myself, phone calls available anytime for extra support when needed.

-Goal setting and action planning for maximising transformation results in12 weeks.

-Potential to develop into Comp Prep (Powerlifting or Bodybuilding... or Both!)

-Education and Insight in Amanda Huot Body Specialist's Body Recomposition Method.

*In order to secure your spot as a face to face client and work with me, you MUST purchase a Movement Assessment. Beginner or advanced, it is crucial for me to understand your mechanics and teach you technique to my standard before commencing a program.

*Online Only Clients; Movement assessment are not mandatory. All you need is purchase the initial consultation to secure your coaching spot. However I still highly recommend a movement assessment  which is done via video call.

There is no better way to stay accountable than to consistently catch up with your coach on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. This bundle ensures you are in peak performance through any training block.

As you progress through your programs, the weights get heavier and the training becomes more challenging! Personal training sessions come in handy to troubleshoot any mechanical breakdown you might experience. Sometimes a PT is great just for a pick-me-up session when motivation runs low.
