Your time with me is focused on nutrition and programming eduction so you know exactly what you're doing wether you are local or from overseas. I specialise in body recomposition to ensure programs are realistic and long-term goal friendly. Build muscle, loose fat, remove toxic food tendencies and heal your body.
This is my 2 year body transformation. The before photo is me at a point in my life where I used to neglect myself to keep up with my fast paced work/life. Not making time to cook and not prioritising the time to train. Finding a coach to guide me and motivate me has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. I am now passionate about helping others reach their goals too. Not just by providing a training and meal plan but to incorporate an entire holistic approach where, as a lifestyle coach, I can transform your life!

My 12 weeks with Amanda have been amazing. She is such a motivating coach and even through times where I struggled she would help me get back on track and stay motivated. Most of the time there are only 2 reasons people fall off track in their fitness journey. Have you ever felt intimidated by the gym because you were unsure of your technique?
